He graduated from the University of Jordan with an LL.B. and was subsequently awarded an LL.M. in International Business Law from Coventry University, England. He is a qualified lawyer in Palestine and a member of the Palestinian Bar Association.
Fahed advises the firm’s clients on various corporate and commercial matters. In addition to that he has a substantial experience in the litigation, insurance, labour and banking sectors.
He wrote a critical analysis of the TRIPS agreement in the context of Less Developed Countries. He also wrote articles in International Business, Trade, Corporate Governance and Competition Law.
In addition to the legal duties and the responsibilities of the firm, he is also a lecturer at An-Najah National University.
