Hussam Attereh Group for Legal Services (Attereh) is delighted to announce its most recent achievement in receiving the ISO 9001:2015 certification for the provision of legal services. Attereh is proud to be the first and only law firm in Palestine to obtain such high-level certification and has been since it first obtained the ISO certification in the year 2000. This serves to reflect Attereh’s commitment to the principles and standards of quality required by the International Standards Organization.
The quality management system was built in cooperation with Spark for Consulting and Training Company in Nablus, and was audited by GCL Palestine, a member of GCL International Ltd. During the auditing process, GCL has ensured that Attereh possesses the seven principles of ISO 9001:2015, including customer focus and relationship management.
Such certification and recognition only motivate Attereh to sustain its high standards of ability to provide a high-level service to all its clients, through its elevated quality control measure, and it’s continuous, relentless growth and development.
