While still relatively new to the automotive industry, Tesla gained undeniable traction and with it IP infringement was imminent. With that in mind, and while Tesla employs the best and brightest to improve its products, it wisely chose HAG to represent it when it came to protecting its intellectual property. The IP team successfully tackled the issue faced with and despite Tesla not being a registered trademark in Palestine, they displayed its fame and worldwide use and managed to acquire sufficient protection from infringers in Palestine.
