From April 1st, 2015 the official fees for Trademark Services in Gaza have increased significantly.
The increase will affect the fees for "publication and registration" of the applications filed before the issuance of this decision.
The decision to raise the fees had not been passed in a constitutional manner as the change was not published in the official gazette, neither was the decision approved by the Cabinet.
