In another triumph in 2021, Hussam Attereh Group, achieved protection to its client’s famous “Mr. Chips” trademark from infringement. Whereby, the Group, hastily, upon receiving instructions, filed for an injunction at the Court. However, after failure from the defendant to adhere to the Court orders, our team of lawyers proceeded to file criminal proceedings against the infringers to which they were found guilty and charged with prison time and fined in accordance with the prevailing Penal Code.
